Our Commitment
We believe you should always know what data we handle and why. This policy is our commitment to keeping that clear and short. It applies to the Lucky Chicken Coop mobile application (the "App"), published by Lucky Chicken Coop, and to the companion website at coop0051.com (the "Site").
The App is a casual single-player collection game. There are no accounts, no purchases, and no real-money play. Gameplay state — your farm name, collected birds, streak, journal — stays on your device. We protect data in transit with standard HTTPS/TLS encryption, and we apply reasonable technical safeguards against unauthorized access.
How the App Works With Your Data
On first launch, the App generates a random anonymous identifier and stores it on your device. It also reads your device's language and region setting. The identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any account, and we do not combine it with profile data.
The App reads your device's Google Advertising ID and shares it, together with the anonymous identifier and basic install information, with AppsFlyer — a third-party mobile-attribution service. We use this to understand, in aggregate, where new players discovered the App (for example, whether an install came from a marketing campaign or simply from browsing the Play Store). AppsFlyer receives the advertising ID, an AppsFlyer-generated installation identifier, the install referrer string from the Play Store, the attribution source (e.g., "organic" or the name of a campaign network), and the campaign name when one applies. AppsFlyer also collects standard device data such as IP address, device model, and operating system version as part of its service. We do not use this data to build an advertising profile of you and we do not run targeted ad campaigns inside the App. You can reset your Advertising ID or limit ad personalization at any time under Settings > Google > Ads on your device.
The App sends push notifications through OneSignal, a third-party push-notification service. When notifications are enabled, OneSignal generates a unique subscription identifier for the device so it can deliver messages. A language tag derived from your device's language setting is set on that subscription so OneSignal can deliver localized content. As part of standard device registration, OneSignal also collects basic device telemetry such as device model, operating system version, app version, time zone, and approximate location derived from your IP address. None of this is read or stored by the App itself. On Android 13 and above, the system asks for notification permission at runtime; you can deny it or revoke it later under your device's Settings.
Built-in Browser
The App includes a built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described above. Any websites loaded in it operate under their own privacy practices, and standard browser features (cookies, including third-party cookies, and local storage) are enabled while you use them.
Support and Bug Reports
The App's Support page lets you send us a message or report an issue. When you submit a request, you may provide your name, email address, and the contents of your message. You can optionally attach a file — using your device's file picker you can take a photo or video, or pick an existing screenshot, image, document, or log file. Your device's built-in camera app handles photo and video capture; the App does not access your camera directly. The information you send is used only to respond to your inquiry.
Local Game Data
Inside the App you can name your farm and pick a fictional home county. Game progress (collection, streak, journal, energy state, settings) is stored only on your device. None of this is sent to our servers. You can wipe all of it at any time from the App's Settings screen ("Delete all data").
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your real name, postal address, phone number, or government IDs. We do not access your contacts, calendar, microphone, photo library, health data, or precise location. We do not display third-party ads in the App, and we do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not process payment information — the App offers no in-app purchases.
Working With Partners
We use two third-party services. AppsFlyer handles install attribution so we can understand, in aggregate, where new players are discovering the App — see AppsFlyer's privacy policy. OneSignal handles push-notification delivery when you opt in — see OneSignal's privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.
Data processed by AppsFlyer and OneSignal may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
Your Data, Your Control
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for the push-notification subscription and for the attribution measurement performed by AppsFlyer, on the necessity of providing the service you requested for core technical processing, and on our legitimate interests for security and product improvement.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the methods below. You can also revoke notification permission under your device's Settings, reset your Advertising ID or limit ad personalization under Settings > Google > Ads, and clear all in-app data through the App's Settings screen. The anonymous identifier and any cached browser data are removed when you uninstall the App.
Local game data on your device persists until you uninstall or use "Delete all data". AppsFlyer retains attribution data tied to the App installation; once you uninstall the App, no further attribution events are sent. OneSignal retains subscription data for as long as needed to deliver notifications to your device; once you uninstall or revoke notification permission, OneSignal stops receiving an active token for the device.
Additional Information
The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the App or the Site.
