Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Lucky Chicken Coop ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Lucky Chicken Coop mobile application (the "App") and the website at coop0051.com (the "Site"). By installing or using the App or the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the Site.
1. The App
The App is a casual single-player collection game with a farmyard theme. It is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. The App is fully offline; the collection, streak, journal, and all other in-app state are stored locally on your device.
2. No Real-Money Play
The App does not offer real-money gambling of any kind. There are no in-app purchases, no rewarded ads, no cash prizes, and no real-money winnings. All in-app outcomes — including the "Jackpot" celebration — are decorative and have no monetary value.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, lease, redistribute, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems.
- Use any robot, scraper, automated tool, or modified client to interact with the App.
- Use the App to harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, the Site, and all related content — including text, graphics, illustrations, character art, code, audio, and trademarks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any of our intellectual property other than the limited license described in Section 3.
6. User Content
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other content through the contact form or by email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content to operate and improve the App. We will not associate your feedback with you publicly without your permission.
7. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature of it at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or liability arising out of your use of the App in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
